By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bossku8 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one bossku8 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or with a different email address — is strictly prohibited. bossku8 uses technical controls to detect duplicate Accounts. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be suspended, associated balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the bossku8 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the bossku8 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bossku8 does not guarantee that the Platform is appropriate or legally accessible in all jurisdictions. You must not access the bossku8 Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bossku8 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bossku8 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.
You agree to notify bossku8 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your bossku8 Account. bossku8 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Account sharing — allowing another person to operate your bossku8 Account — is prohibited. bossku8 Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
bossku8 accepts deposits via approved payment methods, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT. The available payment methods are subject to change and will be displayed on the bossku8 deposit page at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members or friends — are prohibited. bossku8 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are published on the bossku8 platform. Deposits are credited to your bossku8 Account balance in MYR. bossku8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
bossku8 does not accept credit cards for gambling deposits in accordance with responsible gaming standards. Debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers are the accepted funding mechanisms.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC identity. bossku8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, bossku8 requires successful completion of KYC verification. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. e-Wallet withdrawals to Touch n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within one business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.
bossku8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Suspicious or irregular withdrawal patterns may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
bossku8 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry dates.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
bossku8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic bonus exploitation, or coordinated play to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
Only one promotion bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
All games available on the bossku8 Platform are operated according to the specific rules published for each game. In the event of a discrepancy between a game display and the game server result, the server result shall prevail.
bossku8 games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — bossku8 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at bossku8's discretion. bossku8 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bossku8 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
bossku8 may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit the associated balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the bossku8 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, game content, brand assets, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of bossku8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bossku8 Platform content without the prior written consent of bossku8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bossku8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures.
bossku8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bossku8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bossku8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
bossku8's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the bossku8 Privacy Policy, available at bossku8.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

bossku8 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. bossku8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where bossku8 reasonably believes that:
Members who wish to close their bossku8 Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bossku8 support. Any verified Real Money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met.
bossku8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The continued use of the bossku8 Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulatory standards and applicable law. Any disputes not resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
